He has over 37 years of Experience working with the Irrigation Department of the Government of Uttar Pradesh. Ms. Shukla is an architect (B.Arch. from SPA, New Delhi, Master’s in Renewable Energy and Architecture form University of Nottingham, UK ) with over 12 years of experience in sustainable building design.
